Frequently asked questions

Let’s get your employer partner questions answered

How do employers partner with gradvisor?

Partnerships are flexible. Employers typically:

  • Record audio insights from early-career staff
  • Share internships, placements or graduate roles
  • Co-host workshops or events
  • Support our Voices for Impact programme

We co-design the partnership around your goals.

Why should employers get involved?

gradvisor helps you:

  • Reduce the cost of early talent outreach, recruitment and churn
  • Access a pipeline of more diverse qualified talent
  • Build employer brand awareness
  • Demonstrate social impact and CSR
  • Increase applications from under-represented groups

What is Voices for Impact and how does it work?

It’s a high-impact, low-effort way to make a difference.

Voices for Impact is a programme where your early career employees can share short audio stories about their career journey, challenges and advice. These insights are then made available on gradvisor for young people to listen to when exploring different jobs and career paths.

Taking part is easy. Staff simply book an online recording slot, answer a short set of guided questions (usually 10), and we handle the rest. We edit, publish and upload the audio to the gradvisor platform, where thousands of young people can listen, learn and feel inspired. It typically takes less than 30 minutes and is a meaningful way to support social mobility. Sharing a story is marking a gift and everyone’s matters.

Is there a cost to partner?

Voices for Impact is free. For employers interested in deeper partnerships, we offer a range of options and can discuss the best model for your organisation.
